We have finally gotten a few nice days of weather out and I found a little bucket of sidewalk chalk at the store for Carsen. I wasn't sure if he would catch on right away, but he loved it and started naming all the colors (the ones he know the best are green, yellow and pink) It was so cute. When he draws or colors he always has to say "color, color color" while he is coloring! so cute! He also likes to help me write his name and has started to spell it out loud with me. ( he started doing this when he was about 18 months) He will say Ceeeeee Aaaaaa Rrrrrrr Ssssss Nnnnnnnn! With this funny little inflection in his voice that I inadvertently taught him, it starts low and then goes way up the scale! cracks me up! We are working on the E part, ha ha!! I love watching him learn and play and find new things that he loves. Something that isn't new that he loves is doing anything outside with daddy!!! They are so dang cute!! I am one lucky lady!!! Carsen always asks for "funny daddy" he is so funny and laughs all the time!!! He makes us laugh constantly!! Carsen is so sweet and is always so good to say thank you and give hugs and kisses :) I LOVE being his momma!!
