Buddies

The last week in April Tiff and Brecklyn came to hang out for the day and slept over. It was so much fun having them here and hanging out for more than just a few hours. Carsen and Brecklyn are so cute together and they seem to remember each other like no time had even gone by :) We miss them but are so grateful that we can still get together to hang out! We attempted to put carsen and B down for the night in the same room. Different beds but same room! ha ha! total joke! I don't know what we were thinking! so funny to look back on though!
We had a fun little movie night and the kids had popcorn and snuggled up! we all loved it!
Thanks so much T and B for making the effort and spending time with us!! We love ya!

P.S. the last picture is of Carsen the day after :) he was so worn out that he just crawled up on my bed and fell asleep while I was getting ready! So funny! That NEVER happens and prob wont ever again but cracked me up!!!

"Backetball!!!"

I have never known anyone as obsessed with basketball or "Baketball" as Carsen calls it. It is like his favorite thing ever!! He makes us laugh so hard. I don't really even know where he got it from that he loves it so much. Neither Keith nor I play basketball and he's never even been to a game. I think it must just be born in him. He loves pretty much all sports and toy balls! He even tries to shoot things in a basket that isn't a ball at all, like his sippy or a toy car, pretty much anything!! He can catch the ball pretty darn well! He actually has great form ( which I have no idea where he got it) and he makes almost every basket!! Way to go buddy!!!

He always says: Dribble, dribble shoot, or shot. Nice shot, hooray, round and round and round (when in circles the rim) and TA DA! (which he got from my mom :)He is so much fun!!

In the first set of pictures, he wanted to play outside like the big kids :) This was at our house.
The second set of pictures was at my mom and dad's house. He loves to play basketball with them. This was when I had a hair appt and they were so sweet to watch him for me :)

Easter 2011

We had a great Easter this year. Carsen has really started to get the hang of the easter egg hunt and really enjoyed finding the eggs! We had our own little hunt in the morning, went to church, went to Grandma and Grandpa Bradfords for their easter egg hunt and then over to Grandma and Boppa Tippets for thiers! We had so much fun all day and loved all the fun and family!! We are so blessed to have such great family!! love you all and thanks for all the great Easter stuff!! Carsen is a spoiled little boy :)
We attempted to get some good pictures of Carsen in his Easter suit. He was enjoying being outside and didn't want to look at the camera much but I just couldn't help snapping a few extra shots when he decided to be a little missionary at the ripe ole age of 21 months :) We tried to get him to stand by our little flower pot for pictures and he decided that he wanted to go knock on the neighbors door! He looked like a little missionary to me. What a little crack up!!! He makes me laugh all the time :)










P.S. I was spoiled too by Keith, he got me a really cute new Easter dress! I haven't had an easter dress in 6 years :) love it!

Colorin Eggs

The night before Easter we did our easter eggs. We usually color them like everyone else, but I found the little shrink wrap things in sports balls and stickers that I knew Carsen would love and that I would love that they were less messy than the colors :) Carsen and Keith had a blast with them and I enjoyed taking the pics :) I just love holidays! They are even more fun when you have kids and it is all so new and exciting for them!!!

Play group kiddos!

The week before Easter we did a easter egg hunt for the play group kiddos and they all loved it! It was Carsen's first real Easter egg hunt and he was starting to get the hang of it but was more than happy with just finding 2 eggs, one for each hand! ha ha! He just wanted to sit down and eat the candy. It was pretty cold but we got a little sunshine and the kids enjoyed some time outside for sure!! It is so sad that almost all of the people that would do play group with us have moved now. It breaks my hear to think how many of our good friends that we have had up here in Logan have now moved or are moving in the next few weeks! and.....WE ARE STILL HERE :( I am so grateful for the wonderful ladies that I have gotten to know and gotten to be friends with! I hope that we can keep in touch and try to get together every now and then. We miss them so much and Carsen still asks for his little friends (which makes me cry!) Most of his little friends are girls since most of all the kids are girls. He has a unique little friendship with all of them and I'm pretty sure he thinks that all of them are his girlfriends :) so cute! He give them all hugs and headbutts and doesn't mind at all when he gets to sneak in a little kiss :) such ladies man already :) ha ha

I feel so blessed to have been here in Logan over the last couple of years with these girls! When we first moves up to logan I thought it was the worst thing ever...Little did I know how much I would come to love the people that we got to be around!! I will always be grateful that my heavenly Father knows best and led us to get to know such great people!!
Thank you girls for all you have taught me and for being so great to welcome me in!! Love ya and Miss you all!!!
